Best proper DnB comebacks??

Thinking about this following the Prototype comeback thread. Are there many examples of artists / labels / DJs who have left normal DnB or disappeared for a while and reappeared successfully i.e. managed to return to the acclaim and quality of their previous output??

I can think of a few artists / tracks recently, John B with The Colossus, Bad Company with Equilibrium - both of which IMO really captured the quality and excitement of their previous productions. I liked Grooverider's The Avenger too but not everyone did. Same with Photek's F&F2.

Anyone got some clearer examples?

Photek came back and smashed everyone to bits with Babylon, Sidewinder, The End, What I Need and then fucked off again.

DJ wise... Doc Scott went through a phase of ropey old selections around 2003-4 I think it was.

    He's the fucking king again.

Good point I got some deep mix from Scotty a few years back.

Edit: Future Beats, that's the one. The one I dled was quite minimal but good.

Jonny L. Went off and did True Steppers with Dane Bowers and Posh Spice and came back with some ok-ish dnb.

Yeah nice one. Jonny L has always been borderline pleasingly banging / annoyingly cringey but when he gets it right.... This is fairly recent and definitely good to me:

DJ Zinc? Obviously went off and did the whole crack house thing for ages but then came back with a few fairly good D&B tunes like 'Back Up' and recently did that jungle remix of 'People' (which may not have been to everyone's taste but I thought was wicked).

It's the name Zinc gave to the stuff he's been making the last few years. I think he called his album that as well.

This, he is one of the few that has always maintained credibility imo. We can allow 'Drive By Car'

Commix made a fairly recent comeback (or at least 1 of them did).
The Generation EP released on headz a few months ago was VG+.

    Persy from the EP:
