Hellfish is sick mate. Not as prolific as he once was tbf but still pops up on line ups from time to time. Love his old skool hip hop samples. Nothing like a bit of Redman over savage 190bpm kickdrum savagery Deathchant is still my all time favourite label

https://m.soundcloud.com/...motormouth-podcast-025

^ worth a listen.

In a similar vein, Deathmachine / Repix / S.O.D. & The Apprentice are all worth checking out. Not too darkcore and moody just sample heavy skull fuckery 😆

Big up you two. Whowhere did you see this on your thread previously:

Some of my favourites recently:

Good fun b2b with a brilliant intro.

https://soundcloud.com/trax-magazine/the-dj-producer-exclusive-mix-for-trax-magazine
Classic sounds from the producer, similar to his bangface set.

https://soundcloud.com/dominatorfestival/dominator-2015-riders-of-52
Hard as nails shit from the two french sisters

https://soundcloud.com/prspct-recordings/prspct-pdcst-021-by-thrasher-drum-bass-mega-mix
hard dnb style

this guy has fucking loads of really good dark hardcore/techno mixes

Rudiger, check out the Producer one at least, he does a lot of B2Bs with Hellfish. One of the best hardcore DJs ever. You might like the first one too.

Also this from Dolphin b2b Deathmachine is great:

Producer is possibly the finest DJ Ive ever seen live. Gutted Ive only seen him before I really got into hardcore techno. Didn't appreciate what I was seeing at the time.

Yeah I was following Producer (and Scorpio ofc) 20 years ago, before I got into DnB and shit. Legend. He's still smashing it, his 5am set at Bangface was ace . So get to it

Also on the subject of Dolphin, this is another top mix:

I dare anyone who slags of hardcore / gabber to listen to the first 5 mins of that and still say the music can't be good...

Done a listen off the back of your request and although the tunes feature some nice atmospherics and vibes etc, they all share that god awful distorted racket of a kickdrum

Have a soft spot for Deathcant and 1997 gabber.  Mixed genre tape pack era, hard to avoid. Enjoyed  a few Clarkee, Producer, Lomas, Helfish and DJ/MC Ribbz sets from that year. Cant tolerate much more...

Fair play innit. I know a lot of people who would think that Digital is boring as fuck, Overlook sounds like a broke de-humidifier, etc etc.

I like god awful distorted rackets of kickdrums :)

Safe Fiend.! No I missed those I will check them out always after decent new mixes. Kickdrum savagery is pretty much all I listen to to in the gym.

Hellfish & Producer just went b2b at Hardshock Festival the weekend just gone, audio usually surfaces so I'll keep an eye peeled for that...from what I've heard they fully went in

Rudiger for the record I am a Northerner (definitely a northern thing innit) - but living darn sarf - Milton Keynes to be exact dunno how the fuck you knew that but there we are! 😆

Yup definitely (YDQ is on there). Classic Deathchant style i.e. bouncy hardcore techno style with some hip-hop influences. No crossbreed (15 years too early for that).
