Said this a while back...twice, why do you keep engaging with goodone. He's a fucking moron

Block him then. Block me. Give a fuck. At least he argues another side beyond a Corbynite echo chamber. There's a whole world out there m8.

i'm happy to engage you and argue points because you have some to make. Goodone has nothing. He's a fucking cretin who masquerades as someone with a clue.

@sw14 I encourage dissenting views, but arguing with a loud moron does nothing for either side. It weakens your argument by association. He's a poor man's Whiskey Bill.

I'm not associated with anyone or any party. I've got my own opinions, which are often not those of the Conservative party.

Being accused of having a "weak" argument was bad enough, but "pal" really compounded matters.

You say that... but you are. You, Goodone and Bill tend to sit on the same team whether you like it or not, purely by ideological alignment. Granted you are the one of the three who can string an actual argument together, but often it's like your writings are just the most polished of available turds.

Someone needs to reel the fucking witch in.

OTOH it seems like of lot of that will be practically unenforcable and shows their lack on basic understandign of how the internet works.

For example, how are they going to stop someone in America publishing terrorist material on facebook or it being accessed by UK users?

If the data is stored on servers that are not in the UK, how can they enforce that?

This is the problem with it for me - it means no one is safe. They could prosecute someone who disagrees with them politically simply by finding an old forum post from ten years ago that they deem "inciting violence", or because a link to a site advertising child porn popped up when they were trying to find a GoT torrent. They will force ISPs to keep records in such a way that prosecutions for sharing copyrighted material are more sure-fire, but as the 'carrot' to offer the ISPs they'll open up the ability to sell that data. In other words, it doesn't need to be enforceable, because that's not their real aim.

Labour are by no means perfect in this respect e.g. Yvette Cooper, but can they really be any worse than May? I honestly think she'd do it like Turkey/China if she had her way.

The fact that we have to store seeds in the Arctic in case a war wipes out food sources across the world tells you all you need to know about humans. Let's just self destruct now and at least give the animals a chance.

Compulsory purchase by the government. Current owners get a million quid and told to fuck off. House goes to council tenants.

This is flawless

People would just sell it while they're alive and put the money into different assets.

Up to £1mil that's fine. Anything over that goes to government. Combined assets, I mean, not just single assets over £1mil.

This is pretty fucking communist. About a 5th of London would need to move, once or before someone dies.

There are over 620,000 £1million homes in the UK. Say there are 2 adults in each of those, that is possibly 1.2 million votes lost and could swing inner cities away from Labour.

You would be better off targeting speculative oversees investing UK property.

This, for example, is ridiculous:
https://www.vice.com/en_uk/article/every-flat-in-a-new-south-london-development-has-been-sold-to-foreign-investors

the market is clearly failing the uk public in this instance and successive goverment have done fuck all about it

For a drum and bass forum there is some quite high end discussion on politics/current affairs on here. No doubt.

Conservative poll lead halved in a week and that's before the Manifesto of Misery.

It's happening....
