No worries, I read about it a while back but hadn't seen it listed on any UK service. I'll keep an eye out.

It was on Sky Atlantic a while back. It'll probably still be on Sky's On Demand if you have it.

Iron Fist - critics seem to hate it, fans seem to like it, me included - did the whole lot over the weekend.

Fans of what? Is it not some sort of martial arts marvel thing, if its mainly martial arts I am in

Black Sails. I'm not sure whether it's down to ny penchant for maritime adventure but I've grown quite fond of this swashbuckling series.

Fans of the Marvel Universe - Hell's Kitchen dept in particular I guess.

It's all about his chi, channelling energy - it does have kung-fu and the occasional sword fight, bit like the Matrix in that sense.

There's a tribute to Brian Pern on BBC4 on Wednesday at 10. I didn't even know he had died.

I ended up watching all of This Country because they stuck it on after MOTD. Liked it.

Yeah it was better than I expected, only really watched it because it's filmed locally and apparently the two main characters are from my town. That Slugs kiddie used to serve me in Blockbuster years back lol.

It can be a bit hit and miss but overally it's pretty decent. I'd say give it a go.

That guy is Simon Day .. he's not dead.

Is Brian Pern a character he played or something?

Mrs Brown's Boys.

I don't know about anyone else, but this just reminded me of 'When The Wind Blows', the sitcom-within-a-sitcom featured in Rocky Gerbils and Stefan Mitchling's 'The Office'.

Just including currently airing shows and not counting comedies..

1. Better Call Saul
2. Narcos
3. Game Of Thrones
4. Bloodline
5. Stranger Things

I haven't seen some of the popular shows like Westworld and The Night Of.

Unless they dig out some archive material in the vaults. At least we'll always have the music; Christmas Gravy Boat, Worm Equinox, A Song With Whistling In It, I Wish I Was At Home With Me Missus, Onion Divorce, Christmas In Me Car, Eggless Planet, Succulent Chinese Meal etc cte tec

There's a little compilation of Brian at the BBC straight after the tribute as well. I just hope the tribute doesn't feature another appearance from Pele. Because the last one nearly killed me.

I can never get over how much I like that jacket.

Just finished watching Better Call Saul again in anticipation of S3 coming soon. Holy fucking shit I can't believe how much I hate Chuck. What a cunt. I hated him the first time around and feel just as strongly this time. What a horrible piece of shit. I can't wait to find out what happens next.
