This is certainly a good way of telling the ages of most forum heads. I know my list is predominately mid to late-90s as these were the albums of my teens, back when I was just starting to build a music collection (I'm now 32).

Since honourable mentions are all the rage, i'm going to add a few more to my earlier list:

The Stone Roses - The Stone Roses
At the Drive-In - Relationship of Command
The Strokes - Is This It
Ryan Adams - Gold
Oasis - Definitely Maybe
Love - Forever Changes

If i'm being brutally honest, I ought to mention Linkin Park's - Hybrid Theory...

I'd like to add Kosheen - Resist to my list.

Had it on in the car this morning and was reminded just how good it is. Had to buy a new copy as my old CD got battered

Yeah this.
I wasn't really in to most guitar music during the 90s, and always wished there was more dance music in the charts, especially drum and bass (be careful what you wish for!).
Shame really, as now I really like the 90s britpop/oasis/indie stuff.
