419 in the place.

I have been to Nigeria a bunch of times, loads of the buildings have 419 related graffiti on the sides in Lagos.

One of the Politicians from Abuja made an official statement about a year or so ago that he thinks that if you are stupid enough to get scammed by 419's the country doesn't give a fuck and you basically had it coming. Pretty much fair play IMO.
