Why did you delete your Tiger System thread? You've had shining reviews and comments...
Having that thread kicking around means that label owners and established DJs who lurk on here might notice it. I remember getting contacted by a few big names off the back of my tune threads on here years ago.
I'm actually allowed to play music loud later, I was looking forward to checking this tune at home finally... I suggest more senior 'mods' take his 'thread deletion' powers away immediately as there is clearly a conflict of interest here, his v ours.
For the same reason it seems i've said loads of times in the past - I don't like having unfinished tunes on my SC, so i take them down to add the final touches and i delete the thread so people don't get ancy about having dead links on the board.
Also for once im thinking about sending a tune out and i've been told that label's prefer tunes that haven't been sitting on SC. Not sure how true that is but im just trying to do whats best.
But if you like we'll go with....

man's too precious
If anyone's ever really been that fussed about hearing something they've PM'd me and asked for a 320 and im happy to send it them as long as they're regulars. That's happened maybe twice that i can remember, which shows no one's really that bothered if it's up or not.
Now get on that horse of your's and get out of town before sundown

But you could add those final touches, upload a clip and keep the thread...
Labels won't object. If anything, they could well stumble across the clip for the first time.
From my experience, the label interest I had was off the back of forum threads. Every time I used to AIM stuff to labels I never heard a peep.

That's working on the assumption that whoever it is (label-wise) that wants to hear it already has an account here as to PM you, or is prepared to jump through hoops as to create one just to initiate contact for that one time, and even then you'd undoubtedly suspect the sincerity/authenticity of any such message...

Nonsense.
2 of our tunes sat as clips on SC for 8 months and stayed in the beatport top 20 charts for 3 + weeks.
I echo what everyone else has said. But having tried to give IKOS advice about soundcloud use before I've seen how stubborn he is, once he has made his mind up about the logic of how things work he very rarely changes his mind, even with a thread full of people giving him good sensible advice.

I love him, but this is very true. Stubborn as can be, even though it could negatively affect him.
