it was a little bit salty but that's the risk you take with porn i guess. Very succulent though.

Gammon? I don't really find ham that salty but i guess it might depend on what type of ham, curing process etc

I think my pork may have been a loin actually

ham/gammon tastes really salty to me which is why i don't eat it,

you'll know if you have pork belly as there will be more fat than meat with a layer of crackling.

Girlfriend treated me to a roast dinner at the pub and picked up some chocolate covered pretzels on the way home. Cadbury have come through...Pretzel Flipz were the one before they stopped doing them here but now Cadbury have filled the gap in the market. Also saw in the shop that Vice Versas are back. Old school munch selection going in deep.

Why don't you have a facial, light some incense and read a few chapters of 50 shades of grey whilst you are at it.

I have nearly got pork crackling to perfection, Ive learnt its nice + crispy if you stab it a million times with a stanley, enough to go through the skin, but not through to the meat (the meat will dry if you go through), rub some salt in, then put in fridge overnight, the fridge will absorb the moisture from skin for you. if you put salt on just before you cook, it wont only taste salty, the salt will suck more water to the surface, which is when it gets leathery.
