Just seen a picture of the 'perp' on Sky News apparently obtained from a yearbook via his mothers neighbour. Nice.
He looks like a right gimp.
It's my job to put those pictures out live amongst various other things. All the news channels had that pic, we got a later one soon afterwards in which he looks somewhat more normal, which is the main photo doing the rounds now.
