Forgot to say would you be able to eat a whole chili?

I reckon so. If you're looking for a wager worth your money go for an extract.

One drop of Biohazard (6.4 Million Scoville Chilli Extract ) had me rolling round the floor for a good half an hour before I could close my mouth again.

just over 1 million. But then again an entire chilli might out weigh/ match a drop of extract.

the ghost chilli is the nickname for the naga jolokia chilli and it is around 900'000 scovilles i think .
you can get them in most asian grocery shops. you need to handle these with care i.e put gloves on cos they are so strong they seep into your sking and its very painful when going for a piss later on!

Was lookin a doin a sneeky bet though, I would have a chili that looks like a Ghost chili while my mates got the real thing.

Have to eat half it with no milk just water, then see who could eat the rest.

They should do a follow up show after every episode entitled Man Vs Faeces. I'm willing to bet there's no clear winner.

There's a texas BBQ restaurant just over the road from my apartment block, for the first two months of living here I ordered from them around four times a week, survived on nothing but slabs of ribs, beef brisket, texas cheeseburgers and Prime Rib. After putting on about a stone I don't think I'll ever judge fat americans quite so harshly again.

May I recommend Sainsburys African Birdseye chillis.
I love cooking with these.

Two packets (20 chillis), lemon juice, oil, 1 whole sweet pepper, garlic, oregano. Blend. = top piri sauce

They are plenty hot enough when you use a decent mount, sweet flavour with such a nice burn. Not that spice that gets down your throat but just sends the tongue a bit mad.

yeah they have all the warnings saying handle with gloves etc. but i put a whole one in a curry and it was nothing, so put 2 in some fajitas and it was still shit.

not tried that sauce, if i see it in my local i might get it though.

yeah birdseyes are hot enough for most meals, especially when you're cooking for a girl.

the tesco ones are way hotter than their jolokia anyway

Anyone know anywhere in the highstreet I can get some Chipotle peppers for a decent price?

Jalapenos are shit but when they get the Chipotle treatment they are amazing, not hot at all but they have the most incredible smokey BBQ flavour. Perfect for chilli's etc
