2 weeks holiday there always equals about half a stone of additional weight for me.

And thats with being pretty active as well.

Off there again in November, no pies for me in December

There was one episode where he had a pizza with 18 habanero peppers on it.

I think the hottest thing I've seen him eat had ghost chilli extract in it, he was a state while eating it lol.

Yeah, it looked horrible.

I can't see how it would have tasted nice at all.

They should do a follow up show after every episode entitled Man Vs Faeces. I'm willing to bet there's no clear winner.

There's a texas BBQ restaurant just over the road from my apartment block, for the first two months of living here I ordered from them around four times a week, survived on nothing but slabs of ribs, beef brisket, texas cheeseburgers and Prime Rib. After putting on about a stone I don't think I'll ever judge fat americans quite so harshly again.

"Just as Clarkson emits orgasmic whimpers when his driver's seat judders on acceleration, so Richman groans like a man having his perineum tongued by three cheerleaders as he ingests each warm mouthful of stodge"

some of it is just standard kebabs. market food etc...
he went into a typical kebabie and was saying wow the meat is excellent etc... looked like the worst doner kebab ever.

But what I'd really like to see is what happens the next morning, when the show presumably turns into Man V Poo, as Richman empties the dauntingly substantial, hopelessly compacted contents of his engorged colon, clenching the bathroom doorhandle between his teeth as he attempts to give birth to a leg-sized hunk of fecal sod without killing himself. Cue footage of him sweating, shaking and sobbing like a man impaled on a clay tree, before eventually squeezing out a log with the dimensions and weight of a dead gazelle in a greased sleeping bag. As he mops his brow (and backside), he smiles weakly with exhausted triumph, whispers farewell, and the credits roll. And we've all learned something about the price of excess.

depending on where you get them from, some places do hot thai green chillis.

and i have certainly made a fair few at home that were fucking hot, over-doing the birds eye chillis and putting all the seeds in to..

thai flavours are winners.
