that looks ruddy lovely. When I saw this pic on my phone last night I thought you had stuck one of those white paper ruffle things you put on lamb on the end of it - i thought thats a bit OTT.
to be honest im not going there for the cuisine - I'm going with a couple of people that don't have an awful lot of spare cash - so its more about catching up with them and getting dinner for about £20 each.

Plus the plantation platter isn't bad...!
What is this? sounds incredibly racist lol
haha - never thought of it like that. Yeah - they have the women and their pickneys out on the plantations gathering all the food for this...
Since trying to stop drinking and stuff I have totally lost my appetite in the evenings :S
why have you decided to stop drinking?
well not forever just having a bit of a shit time at the moment and as booze is a depressant it prob wasn't making things better. Also having some benzo withdrawal which is bad news, thats prob to blame for the loss of appetite . Why did you stop boozing?

i always just went over the top with it to be honest. It was defo the right thing for me - I would be lying if I said I didn't occassionally miss having a messy night out - but all in all it needed to be done.
Big curry outing tonight. Might trying something new outside the trinity of pathia, ceylon and dhansakh. Suggestions?
Sweet and sour if possible, decent amount of heat but not inedible. Vindaloo is probably my pleasurable limit.
Achari is what I've been going with recently , made with pickling spices , so it has the sourness , also quite sweet , you can ask for them in whatever heat you want .
I'm eating a salad cause I'm turning into a fat fuck.
