Made some Jiaozi with a pork and vegetable filling, after boiling them, I put a bit of oil in the pan and fried them to give them a crispy coating, went down a treat, dipped in chilli oil and dark vinegar.
It's basically the same thing as Gyoza, but with a slight differences regarding filling etc, piece of piss to make and they taste beautiful.

I prefer carbonara sauce, should not just be reserved for chicken and bacon
Going offshore again tomorrow so just ordered a large chicken and lamb special kebab with large fries and a litre and a half of Fanta to cheer myself up
