Would love to see the documentary that was shown on channel five years ago, was about ecstacy and followed a lad for the night, I think he went to Skelter.
Can't find it online for love nor money.

Good documentary about the two infamous rival gangs of the LA. The documentary lightens up what went wrong and why. Very grim stuff tho..

One to watch out for;

http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/independent/theartofthesteal/

The Art Of The Steal

"THE ART OF THE STEAL chronicles the long and dramatic struggle for control of the Barnes Foundation, a private collection of art valued at more than $25 billion. In 1922, Dr. Albert C. Barnes formed a remarkable educational institution around his priceless collection of art, located just five miles outside of Philadelphia. Now, more than 50 years after Barnes’ death, a powerful group of moneyed interests have gone to court for control of the art, and intend to bring it to a new museum in Philadelphia. Standing in their way is a group of Barnes’ former students and his will, which contains strict instructions stating the Foundation should always be an educational institution, and that the paintings may never be removed. Will they succeed, or will a man’s will be broken and one of America’s greatest cultural monuments be destroyed?"

Doesn't sound all that when you read about it but the trailer really sells it, check it out

"The Cove" - About dolphin fishing in a small cove off Japan. Some covert filming of the slaughter of thousands of dolphins, contamination of food supplies with high levels of mercury, and the global debate on fishing and whaling.

"BBC Natural world - Snow monkeys" - amazing doc about snow monkeys of Japan.

"BBC Natural world - Radio Gibbon" - A devoted frenchman abroad aims to pair up radio gibbons who are notoriously picky about choosing their mates, whilst promoting conservation through his radio show.

"BBC Natural World - Victoria Falls, the smoke that thunders." - LOne of the most famous waterfalls in the world and the wildlife and ecosytem around it.

With unprecedented access to Rio de Janeiro's dangerous backstreets, Oscar-winning filmmaker Jon Blair provides an unflinching look at one of the bloodiest urban conflicts in the world, which leaves more than 1,000 people dead each year.
What has previously only been portrayed in fictional films like the famous City of God is now on screen and for real, as Blair follows the lives of three very different men.
'Spiderman', a 28-year-old drug lord, patrols the shadowy streets of Coréia, the sprawling favela he controls.
Inspector Leonardo Torres, a muscle-bound cop from Rio's drug squad, inches through the alleys of another shanty town, pursuing dealers and dodging bullets.
And Pastor Dione dos Santos, a reformed gangster turned evangelical preacher, trawls the slums looking for souls to be saved on his quest to broker peace among all parties and end the city's drug conflict.

Detailing the demise of Detroit since the shutdown of the car manufacturing plants, excuse the use of Eminem tracks and it's a very good watch.

Love this thread, been keeping me going for time.
I recently watched 'Swansea Love Story' about the rise of Heroin in Swansea.
I thought it was wicked. Really good watch.

Was going to recommend ''The Genius of Photography'' but they've taken down quite a few parts from youtube. There's still some parts of it up.

Torrent/buy it if you can though, it's a great series.
