The O.J doc on iplayer is a must see, pretty frustrating seeing how fucked the judicial system is though.

The makers of Cowspiracy have made a new doc called What the Health, it's a must see imo.

Dear Zachary - A Letter to a Son about His Father

....is on i-player at the moment.  I watched it for the second time last night and it truly is one of the most moving and upsetting documentaries I've ever seen.  Highly recommended.

The Case of Johnny Gosch
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5LyzuVUweU

Very disturbing case of children going missing, police chiefs ignoring the cases. turns out the chief was one in a circle of abusers who have ties to the white house. 20 years later, it is claimed that this strange gentleman in the white house press room is the missing child, very deep but worth the research.

I think it might be mine too.  I watched it with Caspar last night and he literally had to pause it at 'that' point just to digest what he had heard.

Re: RE: Recommend a documentary 2017/05/17 15:06:41 (permalink)
The fact the guy is working in the white house ffs  with NO historical evidence of employment in the press before. infact the only history he has in being a rentboy on a male escort site (which often ties in with a history of abuse)
They kept his initials the same as Jeff Gannonb/Jonny Gos ch and his visits to the white house were when no other press staff were on site ! possibly used a fuck boy by some other people .

Mihai is a dappa, he didn't stand a chance with parents like that. I think he might be living in England now. Hopefully they've all found their feet in life. Was hard to watch the dark haired girl doing paint. Nice one for recommending.

Yeah really good watch, macarena apparently still in the exact same spot 16 years on, based on YouTube comments, watched a few things on a guy named Bruce Lee who is/was the king of the sewers,

It was deep hearing Mihai had to switch to begging only a year later.

The skin head girl, I didn't clock she was a girl for ages, I don't hold much hope for any of them having to live those lives, really puts things in perspective.

Probably one of the better documentaries I've ever seen

Not sure if this has been posted but:

Really fucking interesting.

Twenty-five years after the verdict in the Rodney King trial sparked several days of protests, violence and looting in Los Angeles, filmmakers examine that tumultuous period through rarely seen archival footage.

The violence in this one at times is really fucking hard to stomach tbh.

There's a brilliant 4 part docu on iplayer at the moment called American Epic, it details roots music; the first record cutting machines being taken out to record minority/swamp music. Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf feature. The last one is a session from people like Jack White and Nas.

It's narrated by Rob Redford. It's the best music documentary I've seen since Muscle Shoals.

Aubrey Marcus is fucking insufferable. Is he in the doc, or is it just on his site?
