Yeah it's pretty good for squats and deads if you're interested in doing them. Ultimately the best programme is the one you stick with so whatever works for you

I usually pussy out on deads and do bent over rows instead. I probably need a PT to show me how to do it perfectly before I start deadlifting anything heavy.

Yeah that's what I did, didn't really do them til I did crossfit and learnt to do them properly. Still a bit scared of them tbh!
 
I stopped aiming to go really heavy, the risk/reward for my goals isn't worth it for me. So I tend to hover around 80-100kgs for deads and squats as a max limit and just maintain that. Maybe if I took it more seriously I'd go heavier

Smashed some super heavy T Bar Rows yesterday and I feel pumped from it. I'm just going to carry on my normal routine as heavy as physically possible at 5 reps, and see how that goes.
