Just tasted peanut butter for the first time ever, quite random that I did but it is amazing and looking at the content of protein/fibre/fats etc... I don't know why it has taken me so long?!?!

Also I need a new 4/5 day split, any advice or links to good workouts? I am not lifting heavy heavy at the minute and looking to grow but also stay/become leaner. For example alone without a need for a spotter I pushed 32kg dumbells 4x10 for my first exercise flat bench. Might give an example, don't want to go much heavier or I get carried away and will start eating more and get fat again lol.

Is that the 5kg? Might get on that on payday. Just wish they did it without the creatine. I tried the non anabolic muscle fuel but that wasn't up to much.

The muscle fuel hyperbolic one?

I didn't rate that either,

Creatine is for sprinting and explosive movements lasting 10 seconds - not body building

Don't know why they put it in there

Creatine is great for body building, Creatine retains water in your muscles, when your muscles are retaining water they are in an optimal state for building new muscle, you also develop more strength and endurance thus allowing you to train harder and longer therefore building more muscle, obviously have to put the work in as well.

I've been using for ages and have got great results.

Or you could just get some Dianabols and Test E and profit with some amazing growth, don't forget the clomid/nolvadex for the gyno.

Creatine is like the shittest ingredient in this

It's great because of the carb protein/Aminos

And Glycine for GH

and test boosting shit

And taurine for energy and fuller muscles

Although the more time goes by all that tribulus/test boosting shit i just think is stupid, you shouldn't play around with levels,

Size on is shit too nearly every person drinking that is bloated and looks shit - too much creatine

Yeah Creatine is a personal preference thing, works well for some, not for others.

It can definitely boost strength though, there's no doubting that.

No quite sure what you mean there, obviously taking it is a personal choice yeah, but it'll do the same thing for everybody wont it?

If a skinny person wants to put on muscle and they consume creatine, it will help them bulk up. No 2 ways about it.

Not really. Few friends have taken it and felt absolutely wank from it/massively moody/seen no particular gains from it. I took it and saw some good gains though, but people react very differently.

Look, i understand fully the whole people react differently to things when it comes to body-building, im one of the people that nearly always says this about most things......but i feel from what i have seen and through my experience that creatine is just one of those things that will help ANYBODY trying to get stronger/bigger.

It will have different side effects perhaps but the main effects are universal.

Read that aticle i posted.

Heres an extract from the article

According to Dr. Antonio: "Creatine is perhaps THE most studied ergogenic aid in history. And the science clearly suggests that there are no harmful side effects of creatine supplementation. There is no evidence that it causes muscle tears, harms the kidneys, causes dehydration or myriad other silly myths. If these side effects occur, show me the science!"

How can you agree that people react differently to it, and still say that everyone will see gains from it

I've seen a lot of varied results from it, as I mentioned earlier. Some saw no gains at all, others saw good gains, it won't give everyone that uses it good gains.

I meant side effects, like any spots etc. Dont agree on the whole, I would be willing the bet that the people who don't see any gains from it are in the VERY small minority. It probably works for over 3 quarters of the people who use it...

I'm with DJaySwitch on this. The way creatine works, it's guaranteed to help you in terms of strength, unless you have some type of weird internal deformity.

Exactly.

I'm actually quite slim. I cannot remember ever being slightly fat nor putting on the slightest pound from pretty much anything.

Obviously I have matured from a 2 ft baby into an adult male but the point is I can eat/do whatever the fuck I like and never have to worry about the impact on my physique.

Of course I'm going to die of some terrible metabolic disease but lets not focus on that right now.
