I was looking at doing medicine ball lifts lying on my front. Not sure about doing weighted lifts quite yet but I'll look in them.

My OHP sucks! Going to eat like a beast all week to make sure I get my reps on friday.
Where you at? I've worked up to 52.5kg without hitting a sticking point yet, this is the highest I've ever been- on the road to 60kg, will be happy with that, only a couple of months away hopefully.
I didn't eat all over the weekend really, drank a fair bit too, blaming that for a shit monday session! My weight dropped abuot 6kilos from last wednesday to monday morning!
Just started again today after a couple of weeks of having pretty much no time to go to the gym. All compounds and I'm fucked today, worth it though.
Just bought some promax diet and CLA capsules, realise they aren't a good substitute for a good diet but I never eat breakfast and one of those shakes is probably better than nothing. Anyone got any experience of either promax diet or CLA caps, how to get good results from them etc?
So I have about a month of completely free time coming up, and I was wondering if it's realistic to be able to drop 2 stone over that period? (I'm about 10st at the moment).
I'm moving at the end of the month, so a gym isn't really ideal, but I was thinking of doing 2 hours cycling a day, and avoiding too many carbs, eating mostly chicken and fish etc. What would the best plan of action be?
8st though lol you would be desirable to most women at that weight.
Lol, 5'5 is ok to be around 10st I would've thought.
My general advice would be doing long cardio sessions won't see the weight fall off. You need a balance of building muscle and cardio. Long hard cardio sessions and cutting back on what you eat will kill some fat, but it will also burn muscle. You need to rebuild. In a month, if you do it right, you won't lose much weight but you will look and feel healthier.
I reckon you'd be better off looking at cheaper versions of Promax, Maximuscle is the most overpriced stuff around.
CLA, I naively bought them once but they didn't seem to do much!
As you say, there's no replacement for a good diet.
Yeah read around about cheaper versions of Promax, will get in some cheaper stuff after I've finished this one. Have heard mixed reviews about CLA, it's probably a bit placebo so might be useless.
