I dont really understand why people want something too hot to be viable as a condoment.
Yes, things like Encona and Habanero Tabasco are virtually mild enough to drink, but if I've got a sauce that you only need a drop the size of a pinhead to marinade 1000 chickens, how the fuck am I supposed to spread it on my cheese on toast?
Easily the hottest thing I've ever consumed. Had about 3 drops on a spoon and for the half hour following it just got more and more intense, never experienced heat like it!
Got East End 'Very Hot Green Chilli' Sauce in Tesco, 2 for 99p. Didn't expect much but hadn't tried a green one before. Almost as hot as Encona. Was pleasantly surprised.
Guy at work brought his Mad Dog's Revenge in again last week. A few drops in a small tin of beans was too hot. Pointless. Still don't get this obsession with stuff that's gonna ruin your food. Blatantly nuff people that can't cook.
bought the daves insanity sauce from tesco, got home and decided to try a bit and when opening about 2 tablespoons worth came out all over my hand so licked it up.. 30 mins later still hiccuping and in pain
nice tho
really really good as a cooking ingredient, half a teaspoon gives a real deep richness to a dish
dorset naga sauce is next on the list

Yeah I got some of this. Was after the ghost pepper sauce but they didn't have any in, so got the Insanity instead. Just needs 2-3 drops in, say, a chilli or something and you're good to go.

I'm sorry but given your skills it baffles me how you're managing to live alone!
