I'd quite like to see Fury get sparked by Wilder. Fury is clearly a capable fighter but his fights are boring and his antics are tiresome.

Nah, the Wilder AJ fight is dead, Hearn clearly doesn't want it. The money had been put up for the fight all Hearn had to do was comply but he didn't.  Also the contract he then sent for Wilder's team to sign was missing AJ's signature as well as other key terms.  Delliberate stalling tactics.

Povetkin could be a banana skin for AJ.  Personally Im taking Povetkin win at 8's hedged with AJ by KO.

Fury looked terrible, amazing the lengths the commentators will go to, tried to say he was holding back to give Wilder a false sense of security. Embarrassing.

He’s trying to push Whyte onto Wilder then AJ against the winner imo.

I just thought he looked like standard Fury tbh. He is dull to watch at times and it doesn't help when your opponent shows nothing, but he clearly isn't terrible. He out boxed the guy throughout.

The commentators sometimes come out with the most ridiculous shit ever. Irritating at times

The fact is tho, he needed 10 rounds. His condition is terrible but I'm sure he will drop weight for Wilder. Looking forward to this.

My personal opinion, AJ doesn't want to fight these dangerous opponents. He's king of the world atm, not in the mood to risk anything just yet.

If boxing ever gets banned for the physical damage it causes, they should consult Fury. Has anyone ever been hurt in one of his fights? You'd suffer heavier bruising on It's a Knockout.

Probably should acknowledge my full boxing casual status with this post...

Probably when he upper cutted himself?

He’s elusive for a big man but would get tagged by any of the historical explosive heavyweights.

Quite possibly the best month of boxing in a good few years, big fights every week:

This weekend - Danny Garcia vs Shawn Porter
Next weekend - Canelo vs GGG 2
22nd - Joshua vs Povetkin
28th - Groves vs Smith WBSS Super Middleweight Final

Literally counting down the days now for Canelo GGG 2.  Really wanna see a conclusive ending this time and if theres any justice Canelo will get sparked out for his years of bulshit antics.

I would have gone to the Canelo/GGG rematch had tickets prices been respectable. I still think Canelo will edge him on points.

So incredibly hyped for Canelo vs GGG now, without doubt the most elite level fight in boxing.

I hope I'm wrong but I've got a feeling Canelo wins the rematch by decision.  He has had a whole year off pretty much studying the first fight with his trainers working out the adaptions he needs to make.  GGG is a one dimensional fighter (albeit an excellent dimension) so it is extremely unlikely hes gonna change the aggressive come forward style and Canelo will probably be prepared for it.

Canelo has the significant speed advantage between the two and I've noticed that in GGG's last few fights he has been increasingly hit with shots which he didn't see coming.  Although he has faith in his chin it can't be a good thing because Canelo has the capability of stringing nasty head & body combos together.

Really hope GGG is able to control distance, jab his head off and ultimately land something devastatingly concussive to put the fucker to bed.  If anyone warranted a KO loss its Canelo!

Just rewatched the first fight and it was closer than I thought.

Fight of the year for me.

Can’t wait.

GGG in the best condition i've seen him in for a long time. Needs to make a quicker start this time, was too slow to get going in the 1st fight.

What a joke that was, even scoring him as the home fighter doesn't get anywhere near this result
